Please revise Site Plan/ Traffic Control Planto show the following:

1.The sewer main shown on 236St SW does not exist as shown. Please revise plans accordingly.

2.There is city storm main on 76Ave W. The storm main runs on the west side of 76Ave W;

however, there is a CB at the northeast corner of 76Ave and 236St that ties into the main on

76Ave W. Please show thecity storm CB and crossing.
3.Please verifyand notethat 5’ separation can be maintained from all city utilities.
4.Please show edge of pavement.

5.Please show the sidewalk on 76Ave W.
6.Please note that if the number of cuts within the paved portion ofthe asphalt occur as shown on
the plans, a½ width grind and overlay may be required.
