During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
Please revise site plan to show the following:
1.Show the edge of pavements.
2.Show the right-of-way line.
3.Show the locations of all the city utilities.

a.There appears to be a conflict with the City Watermain on 179St SW. There may be a
water valvelocated where you are proposing to place a vault and the City Watermain runs
east where you are proposing to place a portion of your line.

b.There may also be conflict with the City Stormwater line along the south side of 179St
SWwhere you are proposing to placea portion of your line.
c.Please verify and show that 5’ separation can be maintained from allcity utilities.
4.Please note on plans if there are any trees that will be within the area of construction. Please note
on plans that approval from the city must be obtained prior to any disturbance of trees within the
right-of-way.
Once these comments have been addressed I will forward this review to the City of Edmonds operations
team to continue the review.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised Site Plansand associated documents with a written response to
