During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1.Please revise the Traffic Control Plan/ Site Planto include the following:
a.Edge of pavement
b.Edge of Right-of-Way
c.Show the locations of all the city utilities. Storm, sewer, and water all exist within the
proposed area of construction.
d.Please show that 5’ separation can be maintained from the city utilities.
2.Please provide cross sections and detailed information (i.e pipe sizes, depth, etc) of the anode and
rectifier that is to be installed.
***The city will continue the review once the above information has been provided. ***
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plansand associated documents with a written
response to each item to an Engineering Technician. Please contact me at 425-771-0220ext 1321or by e-
