clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

Please provide a Traffic Control Plan.
1.There are a few homes that access their property off of thealley. Please showaccess to the homes
will be maintained.
2.If vehicular accesscan not be maintained,
a.How long will the work take
b.How will the citizens be notified .
3.Please add a note to the plans that the pole will be located at the property line within the right-of-
way.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plansand associated documents with a written
