1.10/18/12 – Comment was not addressed. The storm was line was not continued north (to the limits
of the proposed work). See attached map.

6/27/12 Comment: The City utilities where shown on 7 Ave S; however, the City storm main line
continues north of Elm Pl. Please show the entire Storm line on the plans.
2.10/18/12 – Comment was partially addressed. There are multiple French drains on the north side
of Elm Pl. FYI this area is extremely wet. See attached map.
6/27/12 Comment: Please show all of the City utilities located in Elm PL.
