All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department / Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts: st 1 Review - 5/11/12 nd 2 Review – 10/18/12 10/18/12 – It is unclear if the comment was addressed. From the plans submitted it is unclear if the new proposed location is outside of the City easement. a)A proposed layout sheet was provided; however it does not show the entire proposed line, easements, and utilities. Please revise the plan to show all easements, utilities, and the proposed location from Shell Valley Way to Park Rd. b)Provided was two plan sheets, one was the proposed layout and the other sheet has PUD information (i.e. general notes, construction notes, cable, etc). The layouts shown differ on the two plan sheets. Please revise to make the plans consistent. 5/11/12 Comment: The City can not approve the proposed location for the underground power. There proposed location is within a City of Edmond’s easement. See the attached easement. Please propose a new location for review and approval. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control or site plans and associated documents with a written response to each item to an Engineering Technician. Please contact me at 425-771-0220 ext 1321 or by e-mail at jennifer.lambert@ci.edmonds.wa.us if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections. DATE E-MAILED 10/18/2012 PAGE (1)
