Date of proposed use: Hours of use: CONDITIONS • Applicant shall repair/replace all damage to utilities or frontage improvements in City right-of-way per City standards that is caused by or occurs during the permitted project. • Sound/Noise originating from temporary construction sites as a result of construction activity are exempt from the noise limits of ECC Chapter 5.30 only during the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm on weekdays and 10:00am and 6:00pm on Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays. At all other times the noise originating from construction sites/activities must comply with the noise limits of Chapter 5.30, unless a variance has been granted pursuant to ECC 5.30.120. • Applicant, on behalf of his or her spouse, heirs, assigns, and successors in interests, agrees to indemnify defend and hold harmless the City of Edmonds, Washington, its officials, employees, and agents from any and all claims for damages of whatever nature, arising directly or indirectly from the issuance fo this permit. Issuance of this permit shall not be deemed to modify, waive or reduce any requirements of any City ordinance not limit in any way the City's ability to enforce any ordinance provision. This Permit allows for extended use of time restricted -three hour parking spaces. Issuance of this permit doesn not allow for parking in areas with yellow painted curbing, ADA accessible spaces, fire lanes, or any location deemed unsafe or unsuitable by the Traffic Engineer or Police Department. 1. The City will not be responsible for reserving spaces for your use. You may place signs on the sidewalk (maintaining a minimum of 44" clear travel area for pedestrians) up to 72 hours in advance of the time you will be using the parking spaces, noting the date and times the spots will be in use. In addition, the City will not be responsible for enforcement or removal of vehicles or for any costs related thereto. 2. You may place cones to reserve the spots any time after 12: 01 a.m. on the day you will be using the spaces. 3. You or your agent are not authorized to tow vehicles that encroach upon the reserved parking spaces. 4. The maximum allowable on -street parking use shall be eight hours. The hours of use may be between 6: 00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. 5. A maximum of three parking spaces (sixty lineal feet) may be reserved THIS APPLICATION IS NOT A PERMIT UNTIL SIGNED BY THE CITY ENGINEER OR HIS/HER DEPUTY.
