The city’s Sewer Division tried to TV the sewer line, though the crew was unable to get a clear
view of the line due to sand, debris and water.Also upon inspection it is believed that there may
be a crack somewhere in the line south of the cleanout.Pleaseaddress the following issues.
1.The sewer line within the right of way will need to be jetted. Jetting will need to be completed
th
without any attachments. Any dirt and debris will need to get pushed to the 100Ave W.sewer
main line.
2.The cleanout at the Cross Fit/Ivar’s property line will need to be corrected such that loose gravel
will not fall into the 6”sewer cleanout.
3.Repairany damagethat is allowingsand to enter the side sewer line of subject property(9920
Edmonds Way), south of the cleanout near the right of way.
4.A sewer as-built will need to be submitted showing all repairs/improvements.
Issues addressed above must be completed by 10/9/15.
