1 The City will not be responsible for reserving spaces for your use. You may place signs on the sidewalk; (maintaining a, minimum,
of44"clear travel area for pedestrians) up to 72 hours in advance ofthe lime you will be using the parking spaces, noting the date
and times the spots will be in use. In addition, the City will not be responsible for enforcement or removal ofvehicles or for any
costs related thereto.
2. You may place cones to reserve the spots any time after12:01' a.m. on the day you will be using the spaces.
3. You or your agent are not authorised to tow vehicles that encroach upon the reserved parking spaces.,
4. The maximum allowable on -street parking use shall be eight hours, The hours ofuse may be between, 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
5. A maximum of three parking spaces (sixty lineal feet) may be reserved.
