I understand you're looking for a short plat final. We should be able to accommodate an inspection
this week, but I wanted to confirm a few things first.
1) Have you had a geotech provide direction on how to restore the slope at the north end of
Soundview Lane? If so, please provide copy of the guidance memo via email to
EngineeringPermitsC@edmondswa.gov
2) Please provide a receipt to show the filter cartridges in the storm filter at the end of Soundview
Lane have been replaced.
3) Please confirm that all restoration associated with the sewer line installation on the west
property line of 7311 Soundview Dr has been completed.
4) Please confirm all required native vegetation planting has been completed.
5) Has the street sign and stop sign been installed at the intersection of Soundview Lane and
Soundview Drive?
6) Has the fire/aid address sign for the two new single-family residences been installed? In typing
this it occurred to me that we have our PW Operations group fabricate these signs now. There is
a $75 fee for this and I don't see record of this being paid with the project. Please confirm the
sign has not been installed and I will add the appropriate fee to the permit to get this process
under way.
7) Provide final geotech letter re: installation of gabion wall. Email to
EngineeringPermits(@edmondswa.gov
8) Confirm final restoration has been completed for driveway serving 7231 Soundview Lane.
9) A project asbuilt shall be submitted. Please email to EngineeringPermits(@edmondswa.gov
The above list does not address all potential correction items, but need be addressed prior to a final
site walkthrough.
If you can complete/provide requested information prior to the end of this week, we could complete
an inspection this week. Otherwise, due to short staffing over the holidays. a final inspection of the
short plat improvements will need to wait until the week of January 61h_
