Engineering has reviewed the subject application and found the information provided is
consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards.
It is requested that the following be included as a condition of project approval.
Due to the proposed fixture count, the existing water meter will be upsized to provide
sufficient capacity for the existing single-family and ADU.
The applicant has demonstrated that the three required parking stalls required for the ADU
and the single family residence can be provided on site.
Compliance with Engineering codes and construction standards will be reviewed with the
building permit application for development of the site. Approval of the design review phase
of the project does not constitute approval of the improvements as shown on the submitted
plans.
