submitted for the subject application. Additional information is requested from the applicant
at this time. Please ask the applicant to respond to the following.
There is a City sewer easement adjacent to the proposed lot line adjustment. The Title report
acknowledges this easement; however, it states that the easement is located on Parcel A
(Parcel 1). The preliminary plans state that the easement is located on Parcel B (Parcel 2).
Please verify the location of the easement and revise the plans as needed.
