During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced
on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development.
SITE PLAN
1) Please provide a site plan that shows the property lines. On the plans, please clearly show
where the fence will be constructed, and note that the fence will be constructed entirely on
private property.
2) The fence can only be 6 feet tall from finished grade. Please show in profile view how this
will be accomplished.
3) After conducting an initial site visit, site distance is limited onto Olympic View Drive by
branches from the cherry tree on the northeast side of the property. Per the City's
Transportation Engineer Bertrand Hauss, limbs from this tree shall be removed to provide
greater sight -distance.
