Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. GENERAL 1) Please clearly provide the total new and replaced impervious surfaces for this project, to include (but not limited) the following: • New roof eaves • New/replaced deck • Replaced driveway • Please note meeting or exceeding 2,000 square feet of new or replaced impervious surfaces shall require stormwater management. 2) It appears that the new deck is impervious; please clarify. 3) Please note the location of the side sewer on the plans, and note that any existing cleanout(s) shall remain accessible with the proposed work. 4) The site plan indicates that a portion of the driveway (from the carport to the property line) is to be replaced with this project. Please note the extent of the proposed driveway replacement and note material(s) on the plans. 5) Submit ROW Permit Application form for the replacement of the driveway. TESC 1) It is unclear from the plans if there will be any temporary stockpiles with the proposed work. If there will be, please add a note on the plans that the stockpile is to be covered within 24 hours. 2) Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP T5.13.
