Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, updated standard details with new reference numbers, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. GENERAL 1) The pool, in addition to the existing pavers and hot tub depicted on the site plan, will count toward the total new impervious with this project. Please revise the total impervious area on the plans accordingly. a. Please note that meeting or exceeding 2,000 square feet of new or replaced impervious surfaces requires stormwater mitigation. 2) The proposed pool is depicted to be immediately adjacent to the infiltration trench. Pleae provide response per Stormwater Review Comments. 3) Please note on the plans that draining the pool will require obtaining a Side Sewer Permit from the City of Edmonds. TESC 1) Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and reference City standard detail ER900. 2) Please provide the location of the temporary stockpile. Add a note that the stockpile is to be covered within 24 hours 3) Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP T5.13.
