During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning and Building, may result in
additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a
written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit
Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-12pm.
This application contains a redacted lease for the location of 8505 Bowdoin, an application where the
site address is indicated as 8505 Bowdoin, a set of plans for 410 4th Ave N and a Letter of
Authorization for 410 4tb Ave N. We cannot review this submittal.
1. If you are planning to work on private property at 410 4th Ave N, a lease specific to that location will
need to be negotiated. Please provide a draft of a lease for the location to the attention of the City
Attorney, Jeff Taraday. You may use the Bowdoin lease as a start.
2. If this application was intended to be for 8505 Bowdoin, please resubmit a full application with
documents for that specific address.
