Project: Lester Residence New Sidewalk

During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, new updated standard details with new reference numbers, application
and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website:
www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development.
SITE PLAN
1) Provide site plan showing the extent of existing sidewalk and curb/gutter on 237th Pl SW
and location of proposed new sidewalk.
2) Please include an approximate outline of the house and property line, the existing sidewalk
and curb/gutter, the existing driveway, and the dimensions of the proposed sidewalk (and
potentially curb/gutter) to be added on the south end of the house. An example site plan is
attached. Please show the highlighted portions for the project's site plan.
3) Note the location of the existing water meter on the site plan.
4) Attached are the City of Edmonds standard details for concrete sidewalk and rolled curbs.
Include these details with your submittal.
