During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, new updated standard details with new reference numbers, application
and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website:
www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development.

1) Note the total surface area of the garage and any addition(s) to the existing asphalt driveway
on the plans.
a. Please note that meeting or exceeding 2,000 square feet of hard surfaces shall require
stormwater management.
2) If any work associated with the remodel shall be conducted within the City Right -of -Way,
please submit a ROW Permit Application form
3) Please show the water meter on the plans and the connection from the meter to the existing
structure.
4) The side sewer shall be shown from the main line/lateral to the structure.
5) Please note that the existing water and sewer lines and any existing cleanout(s) shall remain
accessible. If rerouting is required to achieve this access, please obtain the applicable permit
from Olympic View Water Sewer District.
TESC
1) Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and reference City standard detail.
2) Please show and add a note to the plans that filter socks will be added to any catch basins
downstream from the construction site. Incorporate and reference City standard detail.
3) Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP
T5.13.
4) Add note: Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of
Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction.
