During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, new updated standard details with new reference numbers, application
and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website:
www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development.

1. Please show the location of the existing side sewer on the site plan.
2. Please show how the pool will be drained on the plans.
a. Please note that pools cannot have a direct connection to sanitary sewer.
3. Please show the fill location for the pool on the site plan (typically a spigot on the outside of
the house).
a. Please note that an AVB will need to be installed at this location.
b. Please revise the plans accordingly.
