Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, updated standard details with new reference numbers, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. March 6, 2019 Comments May 9, 2019 Comments GENERAL 1) Ok 2) March 6, 2019: Please note the material for the proposed driveway and walkway on the plans. May 10, 2019: From the notes on the plans it appears that portions of the new driveway and walkway will be asphalt and portions will be concrete. Please clarify. 3) Ok 4) Ok 5) Ok 6) Ok 7) May 10, 2019: An 11-foot wide paved walkway is proposed on the plans. This width is not approved for a walkway because it appears to be a drivable surface. Please revise the walkway width to be between 5 and 7 feet in width. TESC 1) Ok 2) Ok 3) Ok 4) Ok 5) Ok WATER 1) Ok 2) Ok 3) Ok 4) May 10, 2019: The new water fine must be relocated so that a minimum separation of 10 feet horizontal (and 18 inches where vertically crossing) can be achieved between the water line and the side sewer. Please revise the location of the water line on the plans accordingly.
