Engineering has reviewed the second submission of the plans on March 6th for the subject lot
line adjustment application. Please address the following comments and submit a revised
plan for review.
Comments 1 — December 4, 2017
Comments 2 — April 18, 2018
April 18, 2018 — The applicant's response cover letter, dated March 12, 2018, states
that the street vacation will be submitted concurrently. Please note the Engineering
Division is not able to complete review of the lot line adjustment until the street
vacation application has been reviewed and decision has been made by the City
Council.
December 4, 2017 - The current proposal assumes that the right of way Excelsior
Place has been vacated and is no longer public property. The city has no record of the
right of way being vacated.
There are two options to gain approval of a lot line adjustment:
o Complete the road vacation process. Once the vacation is complete the
proposed lot configuration can be considered; or
o Revise the proposal to show the Excelsior right of way. Please note, an access
point for new parcel C shall be shown and new parcel A cannot span over the
right of way.
