During review of the revised plans submitted on December 7th, it was found that the following
information, corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning,
Building, or Fire may result in additional comments.
1. Please submit a new traffic impact analysis worksheet for this project including the additional
area to be used for business. Please refer to ECDC 18.82 as well as City handout #E82 for
traffic impact analysis requirements and the worksheet.
