It appears that they will still be under 2000sqft, but we need a plan that shows what is actually on site. 2) Downspouts - All the downspouts are connected; however, the two downspouts on the north side of the home need to have a splash block, or rock to prevent erosion. 3)Landscaping - All the landscaping needs to be completed (or the soils need to be permanently stablilized) prior to final approval. 4)Need receipt of compost amended soils.
