Hi Ford and Jennifer,
Here are the answers to the questions we discussed last week.
1—Sewer connection fee. Well both the water and sewer are under the jurisdiction of Olympic View Water Sewer
District. This means that the estimate I gave you for the water is not correct either. You can contact them at 425-774-
7769 for information on both the sewer and the water connection fees.
2---I was hoping to find a way to avoid relocating the two power poles but unfortunately I was unable to get that
approved. The contact for PUD in this area is Mary McAllister and her phone number is 425-670-3216. She will be able
to take a look at the poles and give you an estimate of the cost of relocation.
3---The $18.8 per square foot for the traffic impact fee is based on the square footage of the car wash building only, not
the entire property. This number is an estimate, you will need to have a traffic engineer put together a report to come
up with the actual number. You will get a small credit for the existing use of the property of $5090.52.
4---I may not have mentioned that on 236t", a landscape strip is not required. The sidewalks are to be 7 —10 ft in
width. The width depends on the available right of way.
