1. The survey prepared by Western Engineers & Surveyors and dated August of 2019 Sheet
4 shows a note #5 (defined on Sheet 3) Sewer Easement (AF2141068) as encompassing
the majority of existing parcel C. Please provide a copy of the original easement
document.
