I was out at this site on Friday and am concerned that nothing has been put into place to prevent sediment from running
down the neighbors driveway. There is a “silt” fence along the side but it has not been dug in so the sediment will just
flow right under it. The recommendations made by the geotech of record, Julian Liu, have not been put in to place. I
realize that the ground is frozen but the weather is forecast to warm up in the next day or so and then we will have rain
for a least a week. Dirt and construction materials are still piled against the fence along the north property line to the
point of bending over the fence and the stockpiles of dirt are not covered.
If there is erosion and sediment control leaving the site in the future, full enforcement of illicit discharge regulations will
apply. Fines accrue at $100 a day. I am hoping that this situation is under control before the rains start so we can avoid
any further enforcement.

This is the first time I have seen the pictures. I will be onsite again tomorrow to look at the project site
and the neighboring properties again, and talk to Aziz about correcting the erosion problem.
