During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit two (2) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to an engineering technician.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.
1. Please revise the approval block to say "City Engineering Division" instead of "Public Works
Director".
2. Confirm all improvements are being constructed within the newly recorded access easements.
3. Sheet C2 — The proposed storm system location looks to potentially be in conflict with the
existing sanitary sewer system. Please address the following:
a. Provide cross section of sewer and storm systems at crossings.
b. Storm pipe and CB's should have a minimum 5-ft horizontal separation.
c. The existing CB at the west end of the project limits looks to be over the top of the
existing water main. Please verify that this is in fact the existing condition.
4. Sheet C2 — A road section has been provided indicating an inverted crown; however, CB 43 has
been placed along the north edge of the road. Please clarify limits of asphalt with inverted
crown and the limits where the asphalt should be sloped to the north. An asphalt thickened edge
of curb will be required along the north edge to direct flows to the CB.
5. Sheet C4 — Replace standard details with complete City standard.
