Project: Edmonds Professional Center Request for Temporary Occupancy
Project Address: 7315 212th Street SW
During review of the request for Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, it was found that some of the
issues that were brought to your attention at the meeting on January 9, 2008 have not been addressed
in the request. Please submit written responses and additional information as requested to Theresa
Umbaugh, Permit Coordinator. Items 1 & 2 must be provided before the Building Division will
conduct an inspection for Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
1.Temporary Occupancy Request must be signed by the Building Owner (noted in Building
Official interpretation given to you, and discussed at the meeting). The Permit Coordinator will
be contacting you regarding is issue.
2.We did not receive the letter from the Mechanical Engineer (as discussed at the meeting)
proposing a filter over the return air intake to the HVAC units located in the Summit Cardiology
suite that serve areas outside of that suite, including verification that the proposed filter will not
affect the operation of the units.
The Fire Marshall will be contacting you regarding the required fire sprinkler coverage issues
discussed at the meeting.
State Electrical final approval (or approval for TCO) will be required.
