This Permit allows for extended use of time restricled-three hour parking spaces. Issuance oflhis permit doesn not allow for parking
in areas with yellow painted curbing, ADA accessible spaces, fire lanes, or any location deemed unsafe or unsuitable by the Traffic
Engineer or Police Department.
PERMIT REQ11111-AIENTS
1. The City ivill not be responsible for reserving spaces for your^ use. You may place signs on the sidewalk (maintaining a minimum
of44" clear travel area forpedestrians) up to 72 hours in advance ofthe time you will be using the parking spaces, noting the date
and times the spots will be in use. In addition, the City ivill not be responsible for enforcement or removal ofvehicles odor any
costs related thereto.
2. You may place cones to reserve the spots any time after 12:01 a.m. on the day you will be using the spaces.
3. You or your agent are not authori=ed to tow vehicles that encroach upon the reserved parking spaces.
4. The maximum allol7,able on -street parking use shall be eight hours. The hours of use may be betiveen 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
5. A maximum of three parking spaces (sixty lineal feet) may be reserved.
