Remarks:
MTC visually inspected the installation of the 1/2" Hilti Kwik expansion bolts for the attachment of the HSS column base plates for the
new HSS 5x5 columns per details 5/9 on sheet S2.02. Using a calibrated torque wrench MTC verified that the expansion anchors were
tightened in excess of the required ft/lb per the manufactures installation specifications. No exceptions taken.
