PLN20150047 Dear Mr. Roland: The Planning and Engineering Divisionshave reviewed the 4thdraft recording documents(received on December 27, 2016),and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressedbefore review can continue: 1.The title report indicates a lien from the City of Edmonds for unpaid utilities on the Burleigh property. Please contact the City’s utility billing to get this taken care of. 2.The documentation provided does not clearly indicate who may sign on behalf of Highpoint Investments. Typically, companies havea document that is just a couplepages long that specifies the name(s) of the individuals who may sign documents (such as these recording documents) for the business. 3.As previously requested, final inspections of the subdivision improvements and approved as-builts will be required prior to final approval. 4.Note that Snohomish County requires that all taxes for the subject site be paid priorto recording for the year in which the documents are recorded.
