Subject: Old Milltown Revisions and Fire Sprinklers
Ralph,
In reviewing the fire sprinkler plans submitted by Western States for Old Milltown I noticed the plans are for
a portion of the building and not it's entirety.
You should be aware that because the 3 hour wall went away and you are using the sprinkler system as an
exception the building must be sprinklered throughout" (one of the conditions) to receive your Shell and Core
occupancy.
