This letter is written upon the issuance of the above referenced permit. This is to notify
you that the City recognizes the submitted and approved occupant load of 90 for your
facility.
Exceeding the approved occupant load constitutes a violation of the International Fire
Code and local ordinances as adopted by the Edmonds City Council and thereby
subjects the building owner to additional code enforcement actions.
Please be aware that an occupant load of 100 or more requires an automatic fire
sprinkler system.
