Dear Mr. Bunte,
This letter is a follow up to the City's J Line 24, 2010 letter regarding the corrections necessary to
release the Maintenance Bond for the Bank of Washington. The City of Edmonds has proposed
the option of a payment in lieu of the immediate curb and gutter repair.
The original letter and payment in lieu agreement are included with this letter.
The two year construction maintenance bond is due for release and the Bank has been notified of
the options available to meet the requirements of the bond. Please respond to the City by
September 1, 2010 with either a timeline to repair the items or the completed paperwork and
payment for the payment in lieu agreement.
