FW_ ENG20130305.pdf From:Rivera, Chris To:"smalltractorservicellc@live.com" Cc:Zulauf, JoAnne Subject:FW: ENG20130305 Date:Thursday, May 07, 2015 4:44:03 PM Chris, The listed items below will need to be completed prior to Right of Way permit sign-off. 1. Driveway approach will need to be paved meeting the city right of way (asphalt road) with a clean cut. 2. An Encroachment Permit is required for any encroach into the right of way, such as fence, retaining wall, etc. Submit a plan showing right of way line and location of these improvements as well as an encroachment permit if needed. Refer to City handout E26 (attached). 3. Gravel within the right of way adjacent to the travel lane will need to be removed and turf/landscape re-installed. Offsite parking (parking within the right of way) will be limited to vehicle access from the paved approach. Stormwater flow from these proposed impervious surfaces to the site would be permitted by the city, though we will need verification from the county that this will be acceptable. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you, Chris B.
