As requested, ESNW representative was on site to observe the installation of the stormwater splash pad.
A representative of Earth Solutions NW, LLC (ESNW) arrived onsite to observe the constructed splash pad outfall for
the roof drainage system. The ESNW rep observed the splash pad to be embedded approximately two and one-half
feet into the native soils. A berm was observed to be installed on the downslope side of the splash pad, with new
vegetation planted in the berm adjacent to the wetland buffer area. The rocks were observed to be approximately 24
to 30 inches in diameter. In our opinion, the constructed splash pad is suitable and adhering to the design provided
on sheet C3 of the Site Development and Storm Drainage Plan drafted by Lovell-Sauerland and Associates, Inc.
ESNW will return as requested.
