During review of the revisions for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please submit written responses to the comments below, including
where changes can be found on the plans, and 2 sets of revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Permit
Coordinator.

1.The revised floor plan submitted (1 floor plan only) shows only the egress gate at each stair enclosure.
As you may recall from on-site this morning, the stair configuration (up and down directions) changed,
as well as wall and door locations. Please revise to show accurate as-built conditions. Also, show
locations of exit to Holly Street signs as discussed on site, and as-built exit sign locations. Revised
stndrd
floor plans are required at all levels (garage, 1 , 2, and 3).
Please submit revised plans as soon as possible to avoid inspection delay.
