Parking Requirements: Please know that parking is assessed at a rate based on ECDC 17.50.020.8.8 which states, "Commercial recreation: one space per 500 square feet, or one space for each customer allowed by the maximum permitted occupant load. " If the addition requires parking above and beyond what is available onsite, please be prepared to help find a solution. Refer to ECDC 20.30 (Joint Use of Parking) for details. 2. Parking Management Plan: Please submit any existing "Parking Management Plan," or any agreement (existing or proposed) between Klahaya and the Edmonds School District and/or Church on how to mitigate overflow parking for swim meets. 3. Attendance: Please submit documentation on the average (estimated) attendance of club members on any given day (weekday/weekend) and also attendance at the swim meets.
