This letter is to certify that on October 31, 2017 D.R. Strong Consulting Engineers (DRS)
measured the highest roof peak elevation of the above referenced residence as 84.53 feet.
Said measurement was taken on tar paper.
The elevation is based upon Snohomish County benchmark SC36, elevation 429.91 feet
(NAVD88), from which the project Site Plan datum is based.
