Yesterday at your request we visited the above site to determine the elevation of the highest ridge
of the house under construction.
We recovered the site benchmarks:
• Top of Sanitary Sewer Manhole on the north side of the 2241h Street SW pavement
near the southwest corner of the site. Elevation = 396.18
We directly measured the elevation of the highest ridge to be at elevation 431.4
