Dear Sirs,
We have been retained by Almark Corporation, the owner/builder of the above captioned
residence, to determine the as -built elevation of the highest roof peak. On May 23, 2018, we
dispatched a survey crew to the site to determine the elevation. Based on the returned
observations, we determined the elevation of the highest roof peak to be at 361.81.
The elevation is based upon original survey datum established for the topographic survey of the
property previously completed.
