We have been retained by Select Homes, Inc. the owner/builder of the above captioned residence
to determine the as -built elevation of the finished first floor for the residence. On May 18, 2018,
we dispatched a survey crew to the site to determine the elevation. We observed the elevation of
the finished floor, and found it to be at 108.73.
The elevation is based upon original survey datum established for the topographic survey of the
property previously completed.
