Dear Sirs,
We measured the adjacent ground on January 13, 2016. The average ground elevation for
the building envelope is 221.97. The height limit is therefore 246.97. We measured the completed
roof on December 11, 2017. The elevation of the building's roof peak is 244.97 feet. The building
is within the height limit.
