Herrera Comment_Letter-1.docx May 18, 2016 City of Edmonds Public Works Department Engineering Division 121 5th Avenue North Edmonds, WA 98020 Attn: JoAnne Zulauf Subject: Stormwater Plan Review of Abbott Single Family Residence (PLN2015-1559) Dear Ms. Zulauf: After reviewing the stormwater report and plans for the improvements proposed for 16404 75th Pl W, we have the following comments (which will not require resubmittal): 1.Impervious area total on Drawing C2 (sheet 2 of 2) is inconsistent with what is presented in the letter report: Letter Report Drawing C2 (4/5/16) (4/5/16) Impervious area 8,067 sf 8,162 sf 2.The Impervious area breakdown lists 6,405 sf as the “Area proposed to be mitigated through conventional SWM techniques.” Since no flow control BMPs are proposed for the project and the water is piped offsite to an existing storm drain, this should be “0” or “N/A”.
