During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Please show the minimum Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control, TESC, per City of Edmonds
standard detail E1.1. You may obtain a copy of this detail by visiting the City of Edmonds website at
www.ci.edmonds.wa.us
and clicking on City Government, Development Services, Engineering Division
and scroll down to standard details.
2.Provide top and bottom elevations for the retaining wall.
3.Show the Sanitary Sewer easement along the west property line.
4.Show the side sewer from the house to the Sewer main along the west property line. If the side sewer
exits the house under the proposed concrete patio, you shall remove and replace the existing side sewer
line with a material to withstand the load of the concrete patio.
5.Provide grading calculations.
6.The site plan is missing section view 1/A.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
