Please accept this email as formal approval confirmation for the roof top inverter installation and in -
unit ceiling cassette installations in Unit 302 (Hudak's). The matter was approved by our Board, using
our "Unit Modification Application" process and form on April 5, 2018.
Since I was involved in overseeing the install while Hudak's were out of town, and since you folks
installed similar equipment in our unit several years ago, I can see how this approval request was
overlooked. However, if future installations in our building arise, please be sure to request approval
from the association president or property manager prior to the installation being started.
