I am providing you this letter in order for you to receive permitting from the City Of Edmonds for the address
oQ;1'73rd Ave. S., #303, Edmonds, WA 98020..... Owner of the above unit Carol Junglov has been granted
7 approval from RCHOA to begin work to her kitchen ceiling as engineered/described by "Side Sway
Engineering".
It is also been approved by the HOA board that a tankless hot water heater may be installed to replace the
existing gas hot water heater from the tenants/owners.
This letter grants permission for the above improvements ONLY, and decided by a majority of the HOA.
Any additional future work to be considered by owner must request permission by RCHOA if it will affect any
part(s) of the HOA common areas.
Also, any changes and/or modifications that vary from the original drawings provided by "Side Sway
Engineering " must be first approved by the HOA board and"Side Sway Engineering" for modifications and/or
additions to existing drawings and must be provided to the HOA for record.
I am also sending an email to Denise Nelson at the City Of Edmonds giving her the boards approval letter in
order to issue a permit to you.
