Washington Energy Services, 3909 196th ST SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036, has the Board's permission to
install nine (9) sets of heating and cooling equipment/heat pumps, associated air handlers and
thermostats (as required) on both the Pine Street and Forsyth Buildings owned by the Edmonds Seacrest
Condominium Association's members, as necessary, as well as removing existing replaced equipment.
