Please accept this letter on behalf of the HOA of Emerald Crest condominiums as acknowledgement that
we are aware of the heating improvements being done for unit #301 including, but not limited to,
repfacement of the heat pump outdoor unit located an the roof of our building.
We are aware that the roof portion of work will involve a crane for a short period of time and the work
is being permitted and performed by AIIPoints Heating & Fireplace a division of Horeco, Inc a licensed
and bonded Contractor licensed in the State of Washington and Cityof Edmonds to perform the work.
We the HOA give our full consent and approval for this work to be performed,
