RE: Plan review for required trash enclosure
2012-0197 — The Hotel Group, 2015 th Ave. S #201, Edmonds WA
The proposal for this space at the Old Mill Town property will need to include a screened
area (enclosure) for storage and collection of garbage and recycle containers. This is due
to the fact that around the beginning of December 2011 it was reported to the City's
Development Services Department that the an existing enclosure was totally removed from
this location. At that time the former tenant of the space #201 had already vacated a few
months prior.
This property is required to have an enclosure that serves this part of the property. The
former enclosure was located in the southwest portion of the upper parking area that is
accessed from Maple Street. The footprint of that structure was approximately 15' wide by
13' deep — inside dimensions. This will be the minimum size that will be accepted for
replacement.
